What Would YOU Do If...

Published: Fri, 03/15/13

What would you do if in seven days you would never
see your spouse, family or loved ones again?

What priorities would be most important?

What would you be sure to say and do?

Whatever you would do over the next seven days
are things you should be doing consistently in your
daily life (maybe you are, if so then I commend you.)

Sometimes I wonder if we have a false sense of
connection with those whom we love.

It's so easy to tap someone on the shoulder
electronically these days.

This technology is a real blessing especially if you
spend far too many days on the road.

But, here's what I've learned:

Texting, email, FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram,
and others, will never replace voice to voice &
especially face to face communication.

My guess is that if you knew in the next seven days
you would never see your spouse, family or
loved ones again, you wouldn't waste precious
moments texting or emailing them.

You would do whatever it takes to be with them.

The purpose of this week's tip is to nudge you into living
life more fully in the "real" world with your family.

One day we will all say "goodbye" to our loved ones.
For some of us it might be in the next few days, for others
it'll be years.

Either way, it's going to happen.

So let's make the most of the time we have right
now to celebrate and cherish the people who make
life worth living.

Until next week, this is Mike & Gayle Tucker and
we're mad about marriage!
